Dr. Nir Katchinskiy
Nir has a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and is an expert in developing and applying femtosecond laser technology in human tissue. He has designed and developed a methodology for imaging and treating vitreoretinal conditions and continues to drive the exceptional progress of innovation at PulseMedica.

Eric Martin
Eric has a diverse background as a RN, MBA, Organization Change Management professional and Executive Coach. Eric as a trusted clinician leader, coach and strategist, leads high impact and expansive business developments through supporting the growth of people, processes, and innovation.

Thas Yuwaraj
Thas is a seasoned healthcare and data science leader with a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. He has experience leading medical device development from concept to commercialization. He brings a holistic approach to product development, leveraging his experience leading engineering, regulatory, quality and IP teams.
